Job Overview

Paragon Staffing, LLC is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our logistics operations. This role involves working on the warehouse floor, efficiently processing orders by selecting and packaging items into boxes and containers. The Warehouse Worker will manage incoming and outgoing shipments while ensuring the workspace remains clean and safe.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in varying temperature conditions and must possess the ability to work swiftly and safely, standing for extended periods while fulfilling orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Accurately pick and pack products as per customer orders into appropriate bins, boxes, and containers. Maintain an updated inventory list and assist with restocking items and supplies as necessary. Report any defective products and keep meticulous records and documentation. Process invoices as instructed by management and ensure thorough recordkeeping of supplies and payments.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Promote a safe warehouse environment by maintaining an organized workspace, reporting any safety concerns to supervisors, and participating in ongoing safety training. Address any complaints and inform the shift leader of any persistent shipping or receiving issues. Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with inventory control systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse documentation and counting processes is advantageous.
  • Experience operating specific power equipment is a plus.
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items within the warehouse.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
