Work Environment: Remote with No Weekend Shifts

This is a full-time, direct hire position primarily serving national banking clients. We value our employees greatly and are committed to being your preferred employer.

The ideal candidate for this remote position (95% remote, 5% in-office for training and necessary meetings) will possess strong communication and analytical skills. The Account Resolution Specialist must be self-motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

We focus on educating and informing clients while presenting them with viable options. It is essential that our team members adhere to all federal, state, and client regulations. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared for your responsibilities. Managing client accounts with respect and professionalism is crucial, especially given the sensitive nature of the accounts.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and professional manner to negotiate payment arrangements for overdue accounts.

Important Information:

Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with operational hours from 9 AM to 7 PM.

Evening Shifts: Required to work two evenings per week until 7 PM and two Friday evenings per month until 7 PM.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED is required.

  • Reliable transportation is necessary for training and scheduled shifts.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with video conferencing tools like Zoom and Webex.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug testing as per client requirements.
  • Must meet scheduling requirements as outlined.
  • Stable internet connection is required, with the ability to connect company-provided equipment.
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace is essential, as all calls are monitored for quality assurance.
  • Completion of required training in compliance with client standards and FDCPA regulations is mandatory.
