Position Summary: We are looking for a highly efficient and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide outstanding support to the owner of GoTeez, a dynamic apparel company. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and possess exceptional communication abilities. This position demands a versatile individual capable of managing a variety of administrative and executive support responsibilities while ensuring confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and organize the owner's calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner, filtering and prioritizing communications.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the owner.
  • Coordinate personal tasks and projects, including family engagements, events, and household responsibilities.
  • Conduct research and compile information to prepare documents and briefs for the owner's meetings.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Anticipate the owner's needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business associates.
  • Assist with personal and professional errands as required.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar capacity, supporting senior executives or business owners.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with basic office management software (e.g., email scheduling tools, spreadsheets).
  • Ability to uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside of standard business hours based on the owner's schedule.
Compensation:
Compensation will be based on experience.
