We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Geronimo Hospitality Group. As a key member of our hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all housekeeping functions, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Assign daily tasks to housekeepers and ensure the upkeep of laundry, guest rooms, and public areas
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure overall cleanliness and quality of service
  • Maintain accurate records of lost and found items
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and provide training and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance Teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Manage labor costs and schedules to meet business objectives
  • Maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year hospitality experience and/or supervisory experience
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Two to four years of experience in Front Desk, Guest Services, and/or Housekeeping, including at least two years management experience
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
