Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing incoming calls from both potential and existing clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assess customer needs and direct them to the appropriate department.
Key Qualifications:
- Candidates must reside within the designated service area.
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and basic proficiency in computer applications are essential.
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor is required to create an exceptional customer experience.
- Willingness to work a schedule that concludes no later than 10 PM Eastern Time.
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection (WIFI connections are not permitted).
- Minimum internet speed of 25mbps for both upload and download.
- Operating system must be Windows 10.
- Direct modem connection is required; candidates must be hardwired to their computer via Ethernet cable.
- Home office setup must include a computer, monitor, and headset capable of handling calls, specifically a USB headset compatible with Avaya.
- Ability to install necessary software for call handling.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a call coordinator, answering inquiries from potential and existing customers, identifying their needs, and transferring them to the correct department.
