Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Clerk Leader to join our team at the Coast Guard Community Services Command. As a Sales Clerk Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales clerks and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales clerks and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Process sales transactions and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
