Job Summary

EDEN Inc is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the operations of our Permanent Supportive Housing Residential Building in Cleveland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the property, fostering a supportive community, and collaborating with residents, support staff, and social service providers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee property operations, ensuring compliance with housing regulations and conducting regular property inspections.
  • Foster relationships with residents, addressing their needs, and implementing community-building activities.
  • Collaborate with support staff and social service providers to create a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Manage maintenance requests, coordinate lease agreements, and handle tenant communications.
  • Champion a culture of empathy and resourcefulness, making a tangible difference in the community.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with 4 points or less, an operable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
  • Previous experience in a nonprofit or social services sector, along with property management, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages a plus.
