Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
Spaulding Rehabilitation offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
