Endocrinology Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Summit Placement Service, Inc. in Maryland. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $125,000.
As an Outpatient Nurse Practitioner, you will provide expert care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic disorders, and hormonal imbalances. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients with endocrine conditions, obtaining detailed medical histories, and performing physical examinations.
- Determining diagnoses and managing conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, and osteoporosis.
- Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and patient education.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR).
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program and hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland. National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) is also required.
This is a Monday to Friday position with regular working hours. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
