Pure Property Management - Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Pure Property Management. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new business leads to identify potential clients for our property management services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
