Job Summary:

The Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking a tenure-system faculty position in Organizational Behavior and/or Human Resources Management. The position is housed in the Organizations, Strategy, and International Management (OSIM) area.

The appointment commences for the fall 2025 semester.

Qualifications:

A PhD or equivalent in Organizational Behavior, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline is required prior to employment. Candidates are expected to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, engaging, and dynamic environment comprised of individuals with a range of backgrounds, skills, and perspectives.

We are seeking candidates able to produce research and scholarly or creative achievements that enhance the program and the discipline, and able to deliver high-quality teaching using evidence-based practices to effectively engage students from a range of backgrounds and experiences.

The OSIM Area:

The OSIM area covers the following domains: entrepreneurship and innovation, international management, organizational behavior and human resource management, organization theory, and strategic management. Our faculty have repeatedly published in leading management and entrepreneurship and innovation journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Science, and Strategic Management Journal.
