Owned and operated by practicing anesthesia professionals with extensive experience in practice management, we have seen rapid growth and are seeking talented individuals to broaden our impact in the healthcare management sector.

Position Details: We are seeking a CRNA to become part of our team at Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills. This multi-specialty hospital provides a diverse range of cases, allowing CRNAs to operate at the peak of their licensure, including the performance of regional and neuraxial blocks.

Training Opportunities: We are open to training any provider interested in enhancing their practice level and contributing to our expanding collaborative environment.

Team Structure: The CRNA On-Call team will consist of seven (7) CRNAs who will cover the operating room and provide backup for obstetrics during the day. Anesthesiologists will handle primary call during nights and weekends, with CRNAs available as needed.

Work-Life Balance: This role offers a favorable schedule, including a day off most weeks and a generous 7 weeks of paid time off, coordinated with the team.

Compensation: CRNAs will receive $290,000 annually, compensated on a 1099 basis for 45 weeks of coverage. Additional income opportunities are available for those who wish to cover 8-hour shifts on weekends at Westover Hills or other facilities.

Benefits: Essential Anesthesia Management covers Medical Malpractice and provides access to affordable group health, dental, life, and disability insurance through a partnership, all while maintaining the flexibility of a 1099 arrangement.
