Job Title: District Leader

Gregorys Coffee is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Leader to join our team. As a District Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a territory of Gregorys Coffee locations, ensuring high standards are always being achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • People Development: Ensure new hires are properly onboarded, teams are upholding high standards, and provide continuing education to drive superior coffee, food, and service knowledge.
  • Coffee and Food Standards: Be the foremost expert in coffee, including origin concepts, brew methods, and techniques, and teach and hold accountable team members.
  • Operational Standards: Ensure all existing and new operational standards are being executed, train teams on new menu and operational rollouts, and maintain Department of Health standards.
  • Service Standards: Work side by side with teams to lead by example in 5-star service, coach teams to have a guest-first mentality, and proactively manage customer concerns.
  • Facilities & Maintenance: Proactively clean, service, and maintain all equipment, ensure every store is properly maintained, and react to any major facility concerns.
  • HR Management: Ensure teams are compliant with employee labor laws, proactively manage employee issues, and deliver coaching conversations, warnings, and terminations when necessary.
  • Financial Performance: Work with the Exec team to set and manage controllable profit areas, build customer relationships, and manage weekly payroll reconciliation.

Additional Expectations: This is a hands-on role, and a District Leader is expected to work alongside teams to drive revenue, efficiency, and profitability. Regular communication with the Gregorys Management Team is expected to keep the team aware of the state of your businesses and the proactive solutions you are providing.
