Key Responsibilities
  • Manage MCC Product Line volume and price mix to meet or exceed top line, price, and market share targets.
  • Provide daily commercial guidance and technical support to customers.
  • Counsel and train Sales Engineers to ensure efficient and productive sales processes.
  • Identify changing market conditions and implement actions to correct or take advantage of these conditions.
  • Report monthly product line metrics, including sales, orders, backlog, segment/channel price bands, realized price, and negotiation activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales or product industry experience.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Manager of people experience.
  • Electrical product industry experience.
