Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by selling new and used vehicles to customers
  • Greet customers and determine their vehicle needs and preferences
  • Explain features and demonstrate the operation of vehicles in the showroom or on demonstration drives
  • Suggest optional equipment and accessories to customers
  • Compute and quote sales prices, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
  • Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including sales slips and contracts
  • Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicles
  • Research availability of models and optional equipment
  • Engage in business development and customer relationship-building activities
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience desired
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn web applications for customer management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
Work Environment

This position requires regular and predictable attendance, including evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The employee will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be exposed to various work environments and required to perform a variety of tasks.
