Job Title: Sales Representative

At Kearse and Associates, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions, understanding their needs and recommending products that meet their requirements.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
  • Manage customer queries and provide solutions in a satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product details, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training sessions to stay updated with the latest sales tactics and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and analytic reviews to management highlighting sales outcomes and areas needing improvement.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively securing sales and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for commuting to various sales locations and client meetings.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve through feedback and professional development opportunities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by sales demands.
  • Keen to work in various weather conditions, showing resilience and adaptability in all settings.
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple sales processes and customer interactions efficiently.
