Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for creating a positive and high-energy environment that fosters a sense of community and drives sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Manage the front-of-house operations, including class scheduling, member check-in, and sales processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, retention, and member engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Train and educate Sales Associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  • Assist with studio marketing and community outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings to discuss sales performance, member feedback, and business growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
