Compensation:

$41,000 - $47,000 annually

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Studio Manager in daily operations to ensure the studio runs efficiently
  • Take on Studio Manager responsibilities in their absence
  • Help oversee sales processes and systems
  • Boost membership sales and achieve performance targets
  • Engage new members through various outreach methods
  • Build relationships with local businesses for potential partnerships
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective members and promote membership options
  • Identify opportunities for cross-marketing initiatives
  • Follow up with leads and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensure the cleanliness and operational readiness of the facility
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership
  • At least 2-3 years in the fitness industry or related sales
  • Ability to drive diverse revenue streams
  • Strong skills in community engagement
  • Professional demeanor, integrity, and a solid work ethic
  • Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
