We are looking for an experienced Associate Clinical Leadership Specialist to join our team at ChenMed Family of Companies. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our Clinical Directors and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our medical staff to develop and implement strategies that improve patient outcomes and drive business growth.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, including the ability to manage and motivate teams, develop and implement effective strategies, and communicate complex information effectively. Your expertise in managed care delivery systems, clinical outcomes, and quality improvement processes will be invaluable in achieving our goals. Key Qualifications:
  • Degree in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty.
  • Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience, with 3 years preferred.
  • Board eligibility and current licensure to practice medicine in the state of employment.
Estimated Salary Range:

$150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Bonus potential up to 25% of annual salary.
