About the Role:
* **Clinical Oversight**: Ensure the highest quality patient care through effective supervision and leadership of homecare caregivers
* **Administrative Responsibilities**: Manage care delivery, personnel, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery
* **Education and Training**: Foster caregiver development through education, training, and ongoing support
* **Field Duties**: Perform both in-office and field duties, including patient home visits

* Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 with an additional annual bonus potential of $3,500, paid out quarterly

Qualifications:
* Active RN license required (for states where office and patients are located)
* A minimum of one year of RN experience is preferred
* Supervisory experience is an advantage

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
* Must be a team player with excellent customer service skills
