We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated OBGYN Clinical Coordinator to join our team at OBGYN Specialist of Columbus. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator will assist in coordinating patient care, managing schedules, and communicating with healthcare providers. This is a full-time position that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling appointments, preparing charts, and updating records.
  • Manage physician schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and phone calls.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
