We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Clinical Practice Assistant Manager to join our team at OBGYN Specialist of Columbus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical practice.
About the Role:This management role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to improve patient care, efficiency, and profitability. As a Clinical Practice Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standard of care and service that our patients expect from us.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the management of medical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and company policies.
- Provide exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in a related field and 5-7 years of experience in a medical office setting. You should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
