- Understanding of nursing home operational functions.
- Input new hires, pay rate adjustments, and termination details into the system for all staff.

- Advise management and staff on human resource policies.
- Assist departments with payroll-related inquiries; guide and support on current HR procedures regarding employee records; coordinate activities and serve as a liaison between departments and staff.
- Provide insights and consultations on employment matters, including transfers, promotions/demotions, layoffs, placements, and contractor status.
- Oversee employee events to ensure compliance with Employee Recognition Guidelines.
- Prepare, maintain, or monitor various personnel and risk management programs/files.
- Perform various office support tasks such as drafting confidential correspondence and resolutions; preparing spreadsheets and data entry.
- Interpret, apply, and explain company policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and files.
- Must meet qualifications for company insurance, pass a DMV check, and demonstrate good defensive driving skills.
