Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at AAR. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Human Resources policies as a generalist, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to meet business objectives for the Triumph Aviation Services
  • Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the company
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies
  • Design and implement performance management and improvement systems
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and implement employee relations strategies
  • Provide guidance on organizational development and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state laws and regulations as well as company policy
  • Develop and implement training and development programs
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels within the organization
  • Good representative of the company and community
  • Working knowledge of FAA Drug and Alcohol requirements, safety sensitive and non-safety sensitive
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years' experience or 10-12 years' relatable experience
