Job Summary

AAR is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives, and resolving HR issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to meet business objectives for AAR
  • Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the company
  • Recruit and staff top talent
  • Develop and implement performance management and improvement systems
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Develop and implement organizational development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations
  • Develop and maintain strong employee relations
  • Experience with performance management and succession planning
  • Develop and implement employee development, training, and retention programs
  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Understand and document human resource processes
  • Review company and departmental analyses, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated financial goals and objectives
  • Act as a catalyst for change management and provide leadership in these initiatives
  • Preferred working knowledge of remote workers, both domestic and internationally, and expat experience
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels within the organization
  • Good representative of AAR and the community
  • Working knowledge of FAA Drug and Alcohol requirements, safety-sensitive, and non-safety-sensitive
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years' experience or 10-12 years' relatable experience
