Human Resources Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at AAR, you will be responsible for implementing HR policies as a generalist, partnering with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives. You will resolve HR issues and serve as a liaison for areas such as succession planning, talent management, labor relations, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and training and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing support and strategic leadership to meet business objectives for Triumph Aviation Services
  • Guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resource services, policies, and programs for the company
  • Recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement systems, compensation management, organizational development, compliance with federal, state laws and regulations, and company policy
  • Employee relations, experience with performance management and succession planning, employee development, training and retention, payroll experience, and understanding of human resource processes
  • Reviewing company and department analyses costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward stated financial goals and objectives
  • Acting as a catalyst for change management and providing leadership in these initiatives

Requirements include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels within the organization
  • Good representative of Company and community
  • Working knowledge of FAA Drug and Alcohol requirements, safety sensitive and non-safety sensitive
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years' experience or 10-12 years' relatable experience
