Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing authentic, friendly customer service that exceeds expectations
* Driving sales by understanding customer needs and offering personalized product recommendations
* Demonstrating confidence in closing sales and educating customers on various purchasing options
* Assisting walk-ins on the sales floor and in the design studio as needed
* Participating in operational aspects of the store, including processing new products, floor sets, and replenishment

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a design-related environment
* A passion for great customer service and a drive to exceed sales targets
* Strong organization, self-motivation, communication, and relationship management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Technical acumen to learn necessary software and proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

* Frequent standing, walking, talking, and hearing
* Frequently handling, lifting, and reaching
* Occasional sitting, climbing, and balancing
* Regularly lifting and moving up to 50 lbs

Compensation & Benefits:

* Starting at $16.50 per hour, with increases based on experience and substantial quarterly bonuses
