Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests.
  • Operate the point of sale system accurately and efficiently, maintaining the security of cash and credit transactions.
  • Support the store management team in achieving sales goals, conducting visual merchandising, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Participate in inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Assist with loss prevention efforts, including monitoring and reporting any suspicious activity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
