As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain risk management models to assess and mitigate potential risks to the company's financial performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide regular risk reporting and analysis to senior management, including daily risk exposure and MtM reporting.
  • Support the VP of Supply in overseeing operational teams, including process improvements to support timely and accurate transactional activity.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to provide analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record of assessing, capturing, and communicating risk data.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link operational transactions to financial accounting records.
  • Fuels industry knowledge preferred.
  • Professional Risk Management (PRM) certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical mind with proven problem-solving aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to self-manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment.
