Job Title: Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

About the Role:
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Expand our existing customer base by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.
About You:

We're looking for someone who is tenacious, innovative, and possesses superior sales skills. Industry knowledge (rental or construction) and experience in B2B sales are preferred, but not required. You should have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, be able to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company, and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
