Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, driving sales and profit growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service and crew member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead restaurant operations, including forecasting and budgeting, to ensure financial success
  • Ensure overall restaurant compliance with company standards, policies, and laws
  • Hire and terminate management-level crew members, including status changes and payroll processing
  • Create crew member work and training schedules
  • Develop management-level crew members, including performance management
  • Act as manager on duty, open and close the restaurant, manage cash handling
  • Monitor profit and loss statements, develop and execute strategy in all areas of financial and operational performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • New restaurant opening experience preferred
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
  • Possess a valid driver's license
