About the Role:

The Restaurant Leader is responsible for driving the financial success of the restaurant, ensuring overall compliance to company standards, policies, and laws, and leading a team of management-level crewmembers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecasting and budgeting to ensure financial success
  • Ensuring restaurant compliance to company standards, policies, and laws
  • Hiring and terminating management-level crewmembers
  • Creating crewmember work and training schedules
  • Developing management-level crewmembers through performance management
  • Acting as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, and managing cash handling
  • Monitoring profit and loss statements and developing strategies for financial and operational performance

Requirements for Success:

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Able to recognize problems, set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action to solve problems
  • Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
