Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide exceptional support to our front office team. As a Dental Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing front office duties, including scheduling appointments, handling patient communications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Utilize our dental software to schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers in the office.
  • Patient Communication: Greet and welcome patients, manage patient communications, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
  • Insurance and Billing: File patient insurance claims, verify benefits, and explain coverage to patients.
  • Financial Management: Post insurance and patient payments, process accounts receivable, and review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in dental software (Dentrix or similar).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
