Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Automation Systems Specialist. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in DDC control theory and applications, with a strong background in HVAC systems and mechanical equipment. In addition, they will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including database backups and system analysis, to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot complex issues with building automation systems and mechanical equipment.
  • Service Projects: Execute service quoted projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • On-Call Support: Provide on-call support as scheduled, responding promptly to emergency situations and resolving issues quickly.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Applied Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in BACnet controls, with a strong background in HVAC and mechanical systems.
  • Skills: Proficient programming skills in Alerton, Distech, Delta, Niagara, or Tridium. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
