Front Desk Sales and Client Relations Associate

Compensation: $11-$14 per hour PLUS commission and bonuses

  • Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Building client loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Representing our brand in a positive and engaging manner.

Additionally, you will:

  • Gain knowledge of all spa services and product offerings.
  • Utilize your expertise to recommend suitable services and products.
  • Assist clients in selecting membership options that best meet their needs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments.
  • Creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for clients and team members.
  • Attracting new clients through grassroots marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Must maintain a consistently pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Strong customer service skills with effective communication abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous sales and customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
