We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Momofuku Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and development of FOH hourly team members.
- Identify operational, service, and/or fiscal issues and suggest corrective action to the General Manager.
- Responsible for staffing, training, and development of FOH hourly team members, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
- Lead the FOH management team in directing staff and enforcing service standards.
- Oversee all areas of service, including floor management, reservations, press and VIP service standards, and executing events and private dining.
- Assist in investigating and resolving guest complaints concerning food quality and service.
- Hold all managers and staff responsible for knowledge of food and beverage menus, as well as all new and developing offerings.
- Assist the General Manager in defining and executing new restaurant initiatives and service protocols.
- 2+ years of senior-level restaurant management experience.
- Exceptional service skills, food and beverage knowledge, and proven ability to effectively manage and mentor employees.
- Technical proficiency in restaurant POS, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office.
- High volume, fast-paced, high-profile restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
