Your Responsibilities:

The Cloud Services division is responsible for providing consulting and engineering services to Ingram Micro's partners. In this capacity, you will lead and execute Modern Work services projects, dedicating 75% of your time to project delivery and 25% to pre-sales activities, including scoping, pricing, and collaborating with partners and vendors.

As a Service Architect, your role encompasses the design and implementation of service delivery solutions that align with client requirements and business goals. You will develop service delivery frameworks, identify suitable technologies and methodologies, and ensure effective service delivery. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the service delivery landscape, showcasing your technical knowledge, strategic insight, and client-focused approach. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing leadership to the delivery team.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Service Design and Delivery: Crafting and executing service delivery frameworks or managing complex service implementations, including processes, methodologies, and technology solutions tailored to client specifications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilizing a comprehensive understanding of technology and systems to devise solutions that are both technically robust and capable of delivering the desired services efficiently.
  • Client Collaboration: Engaging closely with clients to grasp their needs, objectives, and limitations, ensuring that solutions are aligned with these specific requirements.
  • Project Management: Leading projects by managing resources, timelines, and budgets to guarantee successful service delivery execution.
  • Quality Control: Establishing and upholding quality standards and best practices to ensure service delivery solutions meet high-quality benchmarks.
  • Mentorship: Guiding and collaborating with junior architects and team members to share insights and best practices.
  • Innovation: Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, actively seeking ways to enhance service delivery processes and overall quality.
  • Strategic Input: Contributing to the strategic direction of service delivery, aligning it with organizational objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Fostering strong, enduring relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Thought Leadership: Offering insights and leadership within the organization and industry, contributing to the development of standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
  • Over 5 years of functional experience, including at least 3 years in a technical architect role.
  • Experience of 3 years in delivering cloud services.
  • A minimum of 2 years in Modern Work project delivery and pre-sales roles within a consultancy environment.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in leading projects, including designing and implementing complex service delivery solutions.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and technological advancements relevant to service delivery.
