Position Overview:

Navion Senior Solutions is in search of dedicated Resident Care Team Members to join our compassionate community. Our team members play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to residents in our state-of-the-art Assisted Living facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Prepare residents for meals, snacks, and recreational activities.
  • Support residents during mealtime by serving food and maintaining a clean dining environment.
  • Respond promptly to resident emergency calls.
  • Monitor and document any changes in residents' health and report to the Resident Care Coordinator.
  • Engage with residents and their families in a respectful and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate resident care records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.
  • Provide transportation for residents as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to various roles in service to residents.
  • A commitment to serving seniors with outstanding customer service.
  • Prior experience in senior care is advantageous.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in the best interest of residents.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
