POSITION SUMMARY:

Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), a leading entity in the Outdoor Advertising sector, is on the lookout for a skilled Systems and Cybersecurity Administrator. The successful candidate will possess extensive knowledge in cloud management, cybersecurity protocols, and systems administration.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and sustain Office 365 and Azure cloud environments, ensuring top-notch security, efficiency, and uptime.
  • Set up, deploy, and manage cloud resources, which include virtual machines, storage solutions, networking, and security measures.
  • Establish and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations with various identity providers to enhance application security and simplify user access.
  • Formulate and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices across all IT platforms.
  • Continuously monitor, identify, and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities in real-time.
  • Administer and maintain Windows servers and virtual machines (VMs).
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and related systems to ensure effective access control and configuration management.
  • Utilize Microsoft Intune for device management, including policy enforcement, application deployment, and endpoint security.
  • Oversee various security platforms (Defender, AV/EDR/MDR, SIEM, Conditional Access, etc.)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems administration, with a strong emphasis on Office 365 and cloud management.
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity administration, best practices, and security platform management.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection strategies.
  • Proficient in managing Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows servers/VMs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across various teams and departments.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, alongside strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
