Position Overview

In the role of Senior Project Manager in Construction at Murphy Company, you will be instrumental in our Construction Operations team. Your key duties will encompass ensuring the safety, quality, and financial success of our projects, overseeing project initiation, scheduling teams, and adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Supervise project safety, quality assurance, and profitability
  • Manage project initiation, cost estimation, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to building regulations
  • Formulate budgets and quality control strategies
  • Evaluate and assist with invoicing

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven ability to lead projects exceeding $5 million
  • Familiarity with BIM and coordination management
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
