  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive loan growth.
  • Originate loans and analyze loan portfolios to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales Manager and Marketing to develop strategies to meet loan volume goals.
  • Work directly with borrowers to ensure a seamless and efficient loan process.
  • Develop business relationships through travel and networking within assigned territories.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly loan production goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
