The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Regional Nurse Manager, or Medical Provider. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Interview and maintain patient medical records, including vital signs, health history, and medication information.
  • Perform in-house labs, collect specimens for outside labs, and complete quality control in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Initiate follow-up as necessary, including encounters, labs, and close non-billables.
  • Provide health teaching as indicated by the physician, diagnosis, or patient inquiry.
  • Collect data on patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or provider.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of New York.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
