Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
Administer medications and injections as needed, and treat wounds and bedsores.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assist with personal care and hygiene tasks.
Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.

Requirements:

Valid LPN State license and good standing with State Registry.
Ability to work as a team member and provide excellent patient care.
