Call Center Representative

We are a medium-sized call center, Tel-Us, that has been in business for over 43 years. We provide various levels of customer support 24/7/365 to multiple businesses. Our agents must give callers a great first impression and customize accounts to meet the needs of our customers.
Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Compensation begins with a training rate of pay, which may increase upon completion of training and review of skill level attained.
Job Description
This role involves answering incoming calls from clients across various industries. As a bilingual agent, you will interact with customers in both English and Spanish, providing accurate message taking, answer & transfer reception service, online order placement for products, and general customer care. You must be able to follow specific instructions, type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy, and maintain attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and internet familiarity
- Dependability and ability to work flexible hours
