Customer Service Expert

We are a 24/7 call center that answers calls for various businesses, seeking bilingual (ENG/SPAN) individuals who are self-motivated and can work well in teams. Part-time hours may expand as our call volume increases. Compensation starts at $15/hour with opportunities for growth.

Job Responsibilities
  • Answering calls from diverse industries, including medical offices and crisis lines
  • Providing accurate message taking and transfer reception services
  • Working on a computer keyboard with at least 35 words per minute accuracy
  • Adhering to privacy laws, policies, and procedures
