We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Liaise with vendors, including IT, building contractors, and cleaning crew
- Onboard new employees and assist with software installation and computer configuration
- Keep the office organized, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance
- Hire and supervise a team of onsite employees
- Provide technical assistance and coordinate office projects
- Oversee facility functions, including security, phone systems, and landscaping
- Coordinate maintenance, acquisition, and transport of camera equipment and gear
- Manage inventory system for film and TV assets
- Communicate with production offices and address needs as they arise
- At least 3 years of experience in facilities/office management or a similar position
- Excellent computer skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- General knowledge of production equipment and maintenance
- Experience with shipping and customs
A competitive salary range of $65K to $85K DOE and a dynamic work environment.
