Job Title: Club Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Club Receptionist to join our team at Soho House & Co. As a Club Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and staff, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests and members warmly, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
  • Phone and Reservation Management: Answer high-volume phone lines, take reservations, and manage guest inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the reception team to ensure excellent service standards are met, and guests' needs are anticipated and exceeded.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve guest complaints and concerns, providing a positive outcome and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in phone systems, reservation software, and other relevant technology.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
