Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a qualified Patient Care Technician to join our team at Texas Health Plano. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Collect and record patient data, including vital signs and medical history.
- Provide technical support to nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of hospital experience preferred.
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
