We specialize in development, recruitment, training, management, creative services, and logistical support for clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and compassionate individual to oversee speaking engagements and assist with patient initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, thrive in high-pressure situations, be technologically adept (capable of learning our scheduling software and database), and have a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will collaborate with patient speakers, program hosts, and sales teams to coordinate all elements of patient speaker initiatives. Specific duties include:

  • Engaging with patient speakers upon their invitation to present, providing clear information about the opportunity.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for speakers, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring they feel prepared and confident.
  • Collaborating with program hosts to confirm event details, attendance, and necessary audio-visual equipment.
  • Customizing and distributing promotional materials to program hosts for effective program marketing.
  • Following up with speakers, hosts, and sales teams post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conducting virtual interviews with prospective patient speakers.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of patient speaker preferences.
  • Keeping detailed and current records of each program in our database.

While some support may be required outside of regular hours, the majority of the role will be performed during standard office hours.

Compensation will be based on experience.
