Position Overview:
As a Culinary Services Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential food preparation and customer service within the Personalized Recovery Services Program. This position requires a dedicated professional who ensures that both the kitchen and dining areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement daily lunch menus for the PROS program.
  • Oversee food preparation, utilizing various kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, microwaves, and coffee makers.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items, returning them to their designated locations.
  • Restock condiments and other supplies as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to guarantee quality food service.
  • Wrap, date-label, and properly store food items.
  • Engage in menu planning and food procurement, which may involve shopping as required.
  • Assist PROS participants in learning and executing food service tasks through instruction and demonstration.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Director/Supervisor.
  • Participate in regularly scheduled interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
  • Report to and receive guidance from the Program Director/Supervisor.
  • Contribute effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Report any safety concerns or issues that arise.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating cooking and food preparation equipment.
  • Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices; Limited Food Manager's Certificate may be obtained upon hiring.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a proactive team member is essential.
